LIVEWELL

UX/UI CASE STUDY   |   DEC 2022

Fitness and health have a stigma around the time and effort that is required to upkeep the specific habits that are associated with the lifestyle. Many struggle to dedicate time, effort, or money to fit many fitness practices into their lifestyles. Others may feel like fitness is only for people who want to change their physique. Living a healthy, active life can significantly improve your overall health. With the right resources, even the busiest person can find the time to move their body and eat nutritious food.

This project aims to solve the question:

How can we make fitness accessible and flexible to people of all different lifestyles and goals?

Over four weeks, the LiveWell app was created, guiding beginners through their fitness journey with a personalized plan that is catered to their goals and schedules. In the app, users can track their goal activity, find meals that align with their diet, view fitness videos and gym regimens, and journal their progress.

RESEARCH

Through competitor analysis, surveys, and interviews, I was able to identify the needs of the fitness app industry and consumers. Some pain points I found were limited food databases, paywalls, and hard-to-navigate interfaces.
